We had a wonderful stay at Una Ubicacion Perfecta in Valencia. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, with cafes, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. The host, Olga, was extremely kind and even went out of her way to provide a potty for our little girl. The beds were comfortable and the entire apartment was spotless. Checking in was a breeze through WhatsApp, and our host was always readily available to communicate. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.

It was just a 20, minute walk from the city center and had plenty of parking right in front of the building. the sleeping places were comfortable and the bed sheets were all very clean. Within a 5, minute walk, there were cafes, fresh fruits/vegetable shops, a supermarket, bakeries. the apartment itself was spacious and well, appointed, with a double bed, a comfortable double sofa bed, bunk beds for the kids, and even a single pull. It felt safe walking around both during the day and at night, and the host, Tatiana, was very helpful and accommodating. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

Always come back to this place. Staff even returned my shower bag I forgot. Has Wi-Fi, kettle, cookware, A/C, TV, lift. Cots, wheelchair access, no pets, no smoking. Coming back for Easter.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to Facultats Metro station, which takes you directly to the airport. There was also a big supermarket, Mercadona, just a few streets away. The apartment was also conveniently close to the city center and right next to the stadium, making it perfect for sports enthusiasts.

The only downside was that the apartment was a bit small, especially the bedrooms. However, this was not a major issue as the beds were comfortable and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed.
